MARK BERRY SHUTTERED MANY DREAMS OF ASPIRING SINGERS BANDS MUSICIANS WORLDWIDE MARK BERRY HAD NO INTENTIONS TO PRODUCE MY CD ,HE HAS NOTHING TO OFFER BUT HE KNOWS HOW TO SCAM ARTISTS WHAT A SHAME ,TORONTO SEEMS TO BE GREAT SHELTER FOR SUCH A CROOK IT'S AN EASY PRAY , NO PROTECTION TO MUSICANS IN THIS TOWN AND NOTHING WILL STOP HIM TILL NEW LEGISLATION WILL TAKE PLACE,IT'S ABOUT TIME TO STOP THE HURT!!!!RIGHT UNDER THE NOSE OF THE CITYHALL DOWNTOWN WHERE HIS OFFICE IS,401 richmond st W 3rd floor ,he sighned me to a contract and took my money ,do not signed a music contract in toronto ,big mistake,i spent $1,600 on small claim court got judgement against mark berry but he never paid anything HE NEVER PRODUCED MY CD ,NEVER DONE ANYTING HE PROMISED AND SIGNED ON THE CONTRACT ,THIS IS A SCAM!!! WE NEED LEGISLATION ,THE POLICE KNOWS BUT THERE IS NO LAW ,he just take it easy coz in torontro he can get away ,the court has no theeth to bite,the system don't work OR CARE,then after a year he just knew someone in court to set it aside TE JUDGEMENT WITHOUT SHOWING ANY DEFENCE OR PROFE OF ANY KIND AND without ME KNOWING ,NEVER sending me a copy of the motion to come to court,but in smaL claims court ON 47 SHAPERD AVE AND YOUGE ST all ilegal activities REGARD MARK BERRY are fine coz they dont have anyone above the court to make sure they DO not neglecting justice,so it's already comprimized,I LOST FAITH IN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM AND LOST THE GRIP ,I THINK IT'S JUST A DOCUMENTS KIOSK,THEY SELL YOU DOCUMENTS AND ILLUSION OF JUSTICE , MARK he never show up to court anyway ,AFTER 2.5 YEARS HE SHOWED UP WITHOUT A LAWYER ,HE TOLD THE JUDGE HE WONT DO A THING WITHOUT HIS LAWYER, THE JUDGE GLADLY POSTPONED THE CONFRENCE FOR THE NEXT 2.5 MONTHS ,AFTER MARK was in contempt with the court ,nothing ever happened to him he just keep doing what he's doing to many as he catch them on myspace and on music ,seminars convention in canada and beyond ,canada is still asleep ,mark berry did not have anything to offer me or my talent he just knows how to take your money and promis career on a contract,he goes by many names attack records, attack group of companies,deevel records,promotions, sonic group and more...WAKE UP CANADA!!!go to www.freewebs.com/gettreal
